• Preparation of Wills and Trusts for families with or without children to assure that income and assets are distributed in accordance with the desires of the client;

• Preparation of Lifetime Trusts and Powers of Attorney to establish guidelines and assist clients in the lifetime management of their income and assets; and

• Preparation of Powers of Attorney for Health Care and Living Wills offering clients an opportunity to establish guidelines regarding medical treatment in the event of their incapacity or incurable illness
